Chateau Duhart-Milon

Darkly pigmented medium ruby-red in color with purple hues at the rim. Aromas are of clean cassis with underlying graphite & cedar notes. The palate shows lovely bursting cassis fruit & toasty notes.

The wine's acidity is fresh & there is a rich core of licorice ripeness. The wine is of mid-weight & the tannins are gripping but not astringent. Alcohol is balanced & the finish is long with mouth-watering blackcurrant fruit.
