WINEMAKER NOTES
Named after the two guardian towers of the castle, Les Gardettes is the entrance to the castle and to the Montfaucon range of wines. Les Gardettes is attractive and easy-to-drink as an aperitif, but also delightfully accompanies Mediterranean style cuisine with lightly spices dishes.

TASTING NOTES
The nose is an explosion of red fruit like cooked strawberries and sour cherries. This is a well-balanced, medium-bodied wine. It has a long mouth with elegant tannin structure; notes of blackberries and spices abound!
