A pleasant French Sauvignon Blanc, offering a good balance between acidity, earthy notes and fruits. Pale straw colour, rich nose of grass, green fruits and good level of minerality.

Medium body with medium-to-high acidity driven by lemon and grapefruit presence. Crisp, floral elements leading to a refreshing palate of citrus, apple , gooseberry and continuation of the minerality presence.
