A step up in tangy energy and precision from the Morgeot Vigne Blanche, offering distinctly rocky flavors of lemon zest and saline minerality complicated by medicinal herbs and fresh herbs. (This is from lighter soil than the Morgeot Vigne Blanche and it shows.) Finishes tactile, salty, long and a touch phenolic, spreading out to saturate the palate..September/2018
