Chateau Cotes de Bellevue, Cotes de Bourg AOC - Bordeaux dry red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Malbec grapes grown in the vineyards of the farm. Soils are predominantly clayey with inclusions of silt. The average age of the vines is 30 years. The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 3-5 weeks. Then the wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels. Before bottling, the wine is filtered. The wine is recommended to be served with red meat, grilled, game and mature cheeses.
