Chateau Castera Medoc 2014

On the nose there is an explosion of dark fruits like prune and cherry, and we rediscover these on the palate along with a hint of vanilla. The tannins are mellow, balancing well with the wine's acidity and alcohol.

For food pairings, we would recommend any red meat dish. As for ageing, you can count on 5 or 10 years, and think about decanting it half an hour before serving.
