Chateau Bouscaut Rouge

Medium purple-ruby red in color. The wine's aromas are of restrained dark-plums & damson. On the palate delicate, fresh red-plum & redcurrant fruit is overlaid by toasty/reductive hints & notes of bloody meat.

The structure is supple & straightforward with reasonable tannin on the finish. Alcohol is well in balance, flavors last well and the wine finishes with a luscious, but slightly meaty red fruit character.
