Chateau Bonnet Bordeaux Rose 2018

The dress of this Rosé de Bonnet 2018 is of a very pale color, embellished with slightly blue and shiny reflections. After a short aeration, this wine, made from a fine blend of Merlots (early harvested) and Cabernet Sauvignon, offers a nose reminiscent of a pleasant basket of red fruits mixed with citrus notes. For the pleasure of the taster, it is a wine that is all round, supple and fruity.

The mouth reveals a crunchy and appetizing material, with a lively, clean and long finish. Very well vinified, it will be the ideal companion of a mixed salad, a tajine or chicken skewers. Perfect for a summer evening!
