Reddish clay with lots of limestone. Pale lemon and lime. A gentle nose, quite graceful for Chassagne.
Pretty white fruit notes, no immense volume of fruit, but it builds attractively on the palate. I like the steely chiselled finish behind the waxier mid-palate character.
