Straw yellow, green reflections; Fine and persistent bubbles. Nose: breadth and complexity of aromas around the notes of white flowers and lemon, coordinated with delicate hints of sweet almonds. Mouth: a beautiful tension and a final velvety smooth and very delicate finish. APPELLATION: Champagne.

GRAPES: Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. AGEING: permanence on lees between 60 and 72 months. PREPARATION: vinification is conducted in the absence of malolactic fermentation and, after a brief step in large barrels oval timber, the cuvée is subjected to a second fermentation in bottle. WINE PAIRING: refined fish dishes.
