• 100% Chardonnay • Zio Tony Ranch Vineyard, Russian River Valley • Vineyard is named after Lee Sr.'s uncle Tony who was the first in the Bondi Family to be born in America (Zio means uncle in Italian) • Goldridge and Clay-loam soils • clones 548, 95, 76, and Wente on rootstocks 420,3309, 101-14 • Fermented in 100% neutral French oak • 100% Malolactic fermentation on the lees with daily battonage • Aged for 10 months in 60% new French oak • 336 cases produced
