DESCRIPTION
Balanced, lively style of California Chardonnay. Ehren Jordan uses native yeasts and a high amount of solids in his ferment followed by full malo and partial French oak and concrete aging. This all results in predominant notes of creamy peach danish with a strong push of wet rock minerality to guide it through the palate.
Overall, the slight lack in length is the only thing holding this back from being a top teir Chard, quite impressive for his lower label.
