• Practicing Sustainable • 100% Chardonnay • Sourced from Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley AVA • Hand-harvested • Gently pressed in a basket press and left to settle • Fermented in stainless steel until almost dry and then racked to mostly neutral French oak barrels • Stirring of the lees every two weeks until bottling • No malolactic fermentation • 539 cases produced • 14.4% abv
