• Certified Sustainable • 100% Chardonnay • Lolita Ranch Vineyard (Russian River Valley AVA) • Josephine’s soils with lots of Franciscan • Planted to the Wente clone and clone 4 • Acquired 1999, planted in 2001 • Native yeast fermentation • Fermented in 100% neutral French oak with full malolactic fermentation, on the lees with daily battonage • Aged in 50% new French oak for 10 months • 192 cases produced
