• 2021 vintage just 4200 bottles produced. • 2021 has aromas of grapefruit, honey, apricot, and yellow peach. Soft mouthfeel with clean acidity. • Damaged grapes are pruned throughout the year and grapes are destemmed before fermentation. • Fermented in French Oak barrels at 45-50F for 3-4 weeks, aged in French Oak for 10-12 months.
