Istituto Agario di San Michele all’Adige CHARDONNAY 2021

Edmund Mach Foundation's Chardonnay is a white wine from Trentino Alto Adige that is part of “ Istituto Agrario ” monovarietal wines line, obtained from 100% chardonnay grapes, cultivated in the vineyard plots of Molini and Weizacker, at the Istituto Agrario. The harvest is done manually in mid-September, followed by a traditional white vinification. The wine obtained is fermented partly in small oak barrels, partly in steel, with a long stay on the fermentation lees.

Straw yellow with bright golden undertones. Wide and warm, fruity aromas reminiscent of apple . Round and full flavored wine, great length and complexity. We suggest serving it at a temperature of 8-10 °C.
