This fresh Spécial Club release from Jean-Paul is very expressive wine from the moment it hits the glass. Aromas of pastry, white flowers, ripe apple, and apricot make up the complex aroma. A fantastically rich mousse carries balanced notes of citrus peel, white peach, raspberry, toasted brioche, hazelnut, and chalk. Finessed and complex, the mineral driven finish is long and lingers on the palate. Pair with dishes like roast chicken or oysters Rockefeller.
Blend: 60% Pinot Noir, 40% Chardonnay
