DESCRIPTION
The Rosé de Saignée is a rose produced by the maceration of black grapes. The grape juice flows by gravity, without pressing and filtration while in contact with the grapes' skin. Aged 40 months in stainless steel vats. Only produced in great vintages.
Color: Ruby-pink with very fine effervescence
Nose: Floral nose with notes of raspberries and cherry
Palate: Structured and fruity palate with fresh acidity yet long on the finish
