DESCRIPTION
This champagne is made from Chardonnay from the “Les Migraines” area, located in Villeneuve-Renneville, a commune classified as Premier Cru of the Côte des Blancs, a terroir renowned for the quality of its grapes. This vintage is produced from the 2016 harvest, 80% of which is vinified in stainless steel vats and 20% in oak barrels.
Like the other vintages of the house, the malolactic fermentation is blocked to preserve the beautiful acidity, freshness and tension of the wine and thus allow a longer and more saline finish in the mouth.
