Beautifully complex blanc de blancs champagne. The chardonnay grapes, picked in 2014, come from grand cru vineyards in Verzy. No sulphite has been used for this champagne.
The 2014 harvest year was not easy: after a warm, dry spring came a damp summer. Sun and heat in September ensured a good finish.
