A single-vineyard Champagne from Epernay, 100% Chardonnay, vinified and aged in wood. Light yellow-green, silver reflections, fine racy mousse. Fresh white apple fruit, discreet blossom honey and candied orange zest, a trace of marzipan with wood savouriness underneath.

Immensely fresh and youthful on the palate, tight texture, nuances of yellow stone fruit, but also pineapple, taut and precise on the finish, terroir notes of sea salt and a chalky touch, fine fruit notes with lemon-fresh tones on the back palate.
