Champagne Le Nombre d'Or 2014 is a fine champagne produced by Aubry. It is a unique cuvée with an old-fashioned flavor obtained from a blend of 7 grape varieties, including traditional (Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier) and old native varieties covered by the company such as Pinot Blanc, Arbanne, Petit Meslier, Fromenteau.
Aubry's "Le Nombre d'Or Integrale" is a vintage Brut Champagne with a straw yellow color and a very fine and persistent perlage. The bouquet expresses floral scents, aromas of ripe fruit, yeast and pastry. The sip is rich and enveloping, with a pleasantly fresh and savory finish.
