The Champagne Demi Sec by Aubry is 20% Chardonnay, 60% Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir. It rests between 18 and 24 years on yeats. This Champagne is the result of assembling three tradiitonal vines, located in the villages of Pargny, Jouy-les-Reims, Villedommage and Coulommes-LA-Montagne, and three different harvests.
