the palate is precise and without firmness. Then we discover a structured, fleshy and lively wine, well accompanied by the tonicity of effervescence. The balance is very coherent, dynamic and silky at the same time.
The finish is fresh, very long (more than 10 seconds) and restores an elegant, saline and endowed minerality.with a slight chalky sensation. The mouth ends as it began, with precision.
It is a beautiful champagne of identity, a successful expression of the miller, with a form of complexity aroma and taste balance despite the relative youth of the wine. Youth that we find at the moment of the final.
