The bouquet is very classical, faintly reductive with a pure white fruit. Plenty of energy, tightly coiled, with a lifted finish. Very stylish and with fine persistence. Apple and citrus at the finish, I love the aftertaste.
Lemon peel and maize meal characterise the nose with ripeness and freshness in equal measure. The palate holds echoes of reduction and has the absolute virtue of holding freshness at its core.
