Slight matchstick aroma followed by a developed honey and stone fruit fruit aroma. The subtle white peach was followed by a superb oyster shell mineral flavour and tight acid finish.
More inear since that previous tasting, nevertheless it was sublime with the freshly caught and cooked crayfish.
