Aromas of citrus fruits, fresh apple and oyster shell. The flavors show energetic white peach, salty stony minerality and white pepper. An utterly seductive wine with terrific breadth and a tactile finish.
Clear mid yellow, toast and vanilla on the nose, as this wine is fermented in wood. It will integrate but it sticks out a touch at the moment. There is a concentrated saline middle to the wine covered by white fruit.
