Grown on 55+ year old vines, this wine is flattering, rounded, and well-structured, with a nice minerality and a very expressive nose.
Pairs well with roasted lobster and chicken breast. Pale lemon colour with an elegant, stylish nose. Attractively perfumed with the lightest of peachy touches, a pyrazine behind, but then wafts through the peach and homey suckle. Delicious if less classic.
