This brilliantly pale wine with light green highlights has mineral aromas of wet flint, lemon flesh, and green apples. The palate has fantastic richness and shows fruit flavors now skewing more ripe with a finish of golden apple and dry melon.
Cento Filari Lugana hails from a single vineyard that flanks Veneto’s border with Lombardi along the southern shores of Lake Garda. Floral and citrus fruit aromas abound on the nose of this full-bodied white. It boasts good minerality and balanced acidity with a pleasantly soft, lengthy finish.
Aromas of peach blossom and lemon come together on this bright white. On the succulent palate, a ginger note adds interest to nectarine zest and green apple, while a hint of almond marks the close.
