VINEYARD: Three generations of the Brangero women make this charming wine. The estate focuses their production on grapes from Moscato di Pavia (Lombardy), sourcing from select vineyards with an average age of 20 years.
FERMENTATION: The grapes are crushed, pressed and naturally clarified before being held, without sulfites, at a low temperature (to prevent secondary fermentation.) Yeast is added prior to bottling and the temperature is raised to start the secondary fermentation when desired.
