Celler del Roure Cullerot Blanco 2020

Highly individual Spanish white from grapes on the edge of extinction, grapes like verdil and merseguera which we haven't even heard of, dominated by 35% macabeo. Fresh, smooth and peachy with a saline quality that makes it stand out.

Really interesting nose! Mouth-filling characterful fruit with some pinch on the palate to keep it fresh and zesty. Great texture from the amphorae but masses of fruit before that.
