DESCRIPTION
This Vouvray made by son Paul Breton is much richer and more stone fruit driven than his mother's 'La Dilettante'. Nicely developed, slightly creamy and with a smoky edge of oak: this is a delicious Chenin for the colder months.
Elevage for 10 months in used wooden barrels, bottled with a touch of residual sugar, delicately filtered and with minimal added sulphites.
