Castoro Cellars Zinfandel 2018

The 2018 Castoro Cellars Zinfandel is a dark brick red color. Aromas of black plum, toasted coconut, and hints of vanilla. The palate is medium bodied, round midpalate, ripe plum, and blackberry soft tannins.

Joyous aromas of dark boysenberry, strawberry and raspberry juice are ripe but quite pleasant on the nose, which also shows some baking spice. The palate is clean and bright, with a refreshingly juicy profile that blends plums with mace and clove.
