Bright red. Aromas of raspberry and strawberry jam, black pepper, black licorice Medium-full bodied, elegant tannins, medium-long finish.

Ripe strawberry and cranberry aromas meet with bay leaf and thyme on the complex and engaging nose of this bottling. The palate is plush in a red plum flavor, framed by a firm tannic structure and underlying acidity. Tea leaf and herb tones unfold on the finish. 

Deep and earthy aromas of red and black cherries meet with loamy soil, crushed rocks and rusty earth on the nose of this bottling. Meaty flavors show on the palate alongside gravel, tangy black plum and a hint of anise, with a decent tannic structure carrying roasted coffee bean flavors into the finish.
