Saturated black-purple. Violet lift to ripe blackberry fruit, with cinnamon, black pepper and some fresh-leather complexity. Plush plum and blackberry fruit, pepper and some meat, with a firm tannic backbone. Could hold this comfortably for a few years.
The wines are fermented in their High-tech winery before ageing in French oak barrels. These are wonderful wines that marry modern freshness of fruit with structure and complexity.
