Cascina Baricchi Barbaresco Riserva Quindicianni 2007

Succulent dried red cherry, kirsch, orange peel, pipe tobacco, cinnamon and rose petal fill out the layers effortlessly. It’s just at that stage where the bouquet is starting to open as the tannins gently melt away. 

Red fruit, with mix of herbs and sweet tobacco, still a good and fresh taste of cherry, with depth of plum, oak and tobacco. Fantastic wine.
