The scent is absolutely intense, pleasant, with evident hints of red berries, black cherry and spices. On the palate it is expressed with a full, harmonious and pleasantly tannic taste.
It goes well with most structured dishes of Italian cuisine. Excellent with pasta, stewed meats, roasts, grills and game. The ideal serving temperature is 18 ° C in a large ballon-type glass which allows the exhalation of the olfactory notes. The alcohol content achieved is 13% vol.
