Aromas of gun smoke, herb, raspberry, cranberry and fire pit are followed by sweet, well-balanced raspberry jam flavors. A noble color & classic nose. Not Roman, pure Tuscan. Red fruit, leather, suede, tar and structured focused. 

Offering up aromas of ripe cherries, herbs, balsamic reduction and subtle licorice, the  Sangiovese Cinghiale is rich, full-bodied and layered, with tangy, mouthwatering acids and a youthfully chewy finish.
