I purchased 12 bottles but never received the shipment. Then received a satisfaction survey. I called customer service who confirmed shipment was lost by UPS. Was told a new shipment would be dispatched using FedEx instead of UPS. Waiting for two weeks to get an email with the new shipment confirmation but never arrived. I called again customer service who informed me the stock was limited to 3 bottles. No one informed me of this new delay and now lost all confidence with Wine Chateau. I requested a full refund and waiting for 24 to 48 hours to get an email confirmation from customer service. WineChateau.com is not reliable, not efficient, and not stocked with the wines ordered on line. Do not purchase from this website!
