The Dogajolo Rosato from Carpineto is a fresh summer rosé cuvée. As the artistic label already promises, this rosé from Italy delights with delicate notes of rose petals, rose hips and red fruit.
Carpineto's Dogajolo Rosato is a classic blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The wine enters the glass with a bright strawberry red colour. The nose promises wonderful aromas of roses, rose hips, red apples, currants and cherries. Nuances of white flowers and meadow herbs complement.
The Dogajolo Rosato from Carpineto flatters the palate with freshness, fine structure and good length. In contrast to many rosé wines of its price class, the Dogajolo Rosato does not taste exaggeratedly sweet fruity, but retains a wonderful elegance.
