The feeling of fullness is supported by a clear structure and a long, dry finish with nuances of the skin and iron. 

Wine is recommended to be decanted before serving, it will be an excellent accompaniment to roast meat, grilled meat, game, steak and cheeses. After a few years, the wine can also be consumed as a digestif.
