Carolans Salted Caramel is made using farm fresh cream, rich caramel and savory sea salt which provides a delicious twist on the liqueur you know and love.

Unlike the original Carolans which is made with honey, Carolans Salted Caramel is made with farm fresh cream, rich caramel, savory sea salt, and premium Irish spirits.  The aroma is toffee, and orange peel with fresh cream, pineapple, and caramel.  Additional time in the glass brings out sea salt notes. 

The sweet pineapple ice cream entry builds to an orange cream and salted caramel peak.  It fades with sea salt, toffee, orange peel, tangy pineapple, coconut, and cream.  The finish brings salted caramel, whiskey, tropical fruit, leaving a hint of coffee, whiskey, and licorice taste
