Carménère was produced to show the origin of the grapes with minimal intervention and only a little sulfur added at bottling time.
2019 is riper than 2018 but keeps the freshness and balance plus the varietal character. It follows the path from the previous year, with a medium to full-bodied palate, focused flavors and fine tannins.
