This Rose wine a is semi-dry blush wine, aromatic, refreshing, light and fruity. Carmel Winery is the historic winery of Israel. It was founded in 1882 by Baron Edmond de Rothschild, owner of Château Lafite in Bordeaux. Carmel owns the two largest wineries in Israel, at Rishon Le Zion, south of Tel Aviv and at Zichron Ya'acov, south of Haifa. Each has deep underground cellars built by Rothschild in the 19th century.

The Carmel Selected Rose is a new addition to the Carmel Selected series. This Judean Hills Semi-dry blush rose wine is aromatic, refreshing, light and fruity. Produced with 40% Grenache, 30% Tempranillo, 30% Zinfandel, this wine should be served chilled. Pair with cheese, fish or light snacks. This is a drink-now wine.
