The most complex of the Cardedu collection. Unlike most Cannonau coming from Sardinia that are big and powerful, Cardedu's wine shows terroir and minerality (uses large casks and concrete for aging) attributed to Ogliastra's granitic soils.
A spicy and smokey grape variety, Cadedu’s old vines (avg. 50 years old) give an uncommon depth to the fruit. Decomposed granite soils keep the wines fresh. All things grilled.
