Capezzana Carmignano Villa di Capezzana 2015

Villa di Capezzana embodies the Carmignano land and the history of Capezzana - the family has bottles dating back to the 1925 vintage. The concentrated aromas of dark cherries and cassis perfectly represent the blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon.

Intense ruby red colour with a restrained, elegant nose. Perfumes of anisette, almonds, violets, blood oranges, coffee, a combination of vanilla and wood along with notes of mature Sangiovese. On the palate the body is bold and enticing with structured tannins and balanced acidity. The long finish has an aftertaste of sweet liquorice and coffee.
