Cape Original is part of the Fairhills range of wines that benefit the Fairhills Fairtrade Projects in South Africa. Fairhills is one of the largest Fairtrade project in South Africa and currently brings life changing facilities such as childcare, schools and medical care to over 1200 people who live and work on the farms.

This wine has upfront citrus and tropical fruit flavours on the nose. Full juicy palate and minerality with racy citrus lime freshness. Balanced acidity with concentrated flavors that lingers. Great for grilled fish, Asian dishes, vegetables and salads..
