Peraj Petita Rosat 2018 is a very aromatic wine reminiscent of red fruit. On the palate it has interesting acidity that refreshes and is sweet, and has a discreet sweetness that invites you to repeat the experience. Lingering and persistent.
This aromatic rosa by Capcanes is consists of 60% Granacha, 20% Tempranillo, and 20% Merlot grown in the Montsant region of Catalonia, Spain. It is light pink in color with a nearly translucent appearance. The aroma is a complex airy and floral bouquet. The palate is medium bodied with notes of rose water and fresh vegetables.
The Peraj Petita Rosat lacks the typical bittersweet bite of typical rosa, and instead is a well balanced wine with a pleasant acidity and an enjoyable fruity aftertaste. Pairs best with cheese and tomato dishes, mushrooms, and chicken.
