The grapes are destemmed, crushed and softly pressed. The must thus obtained is cooled to 10°C to allow for natural clarification. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at 15°C.
The alcoholic structure contrasted with the freshness and sapidity "satisfy" the expectations of an immediate and pleasant wine.
