The Grillo "Coste del Vento" is a tasty and full-bodied white wine, endowed with a saline and mineral energy. It is produced with maceration on the skins for a few days and aging in steel and oak barrels. It expresses shades of yellow fruit, butter and aromatic herbs that emerge from a marine and pleasantly brackish background. On the palate it is round and rich, with good freshness and persistence.
